You know what? I forgot this page existed for sometime now.

Im pretty sure you guys would've guessed it after seeing me MIA for eh while. Blogging is like the very back of my mind, after all theres soo much more happenning in my life now then the way it was back in sec skooL. So er yea...how long was it since i last updated? 1,2 months? oh well nvm.

It's pretty hard to remember about me blog since theres cows flying over my head and people being abducted by aliens everday of my life, it's just too....how should i put it.
Blogging currently does not stand out in the list of things i do in my life now, so yeah it pretty much covers the reason for my....disappearance.

My first time going to any cosplay event, it was kinda chaotic, but pretty exciting. I went with the JCG dudes but the thing was......i was the only one WITHOUT a costume. -.- good thing i had my SLR along to give an excuse that im a photographer.

Well....his hair used to be black, but due to some freak accident that happened shortly before cosfest....which i think he tried to get it white, it turned out to be greenish brown...hohoho

Well apperently, he claims his previous hair do looked awesome and sorts, but really it's just a little longer, so after a little hair cut, his been emo over the topic of hair....yes he seems to want Alex's hair.

Anyway, you'd probably notice the colour of the pictures seems to be kinda off.
Thats probably due to a white balance problem my cam has, and i can't seem to set it right with normal conventional methods, so my photos are all probably gonna be like this till it's fixed.

I'l Upload my class dudes some other time, it takes a jolly long time for each picture to load. Or maybe some JCG dudes, till then,

Heaven And Hell

Well looks like my old habit of not updating for decades has kicked back in. I'm just too lazy to write, i mean sometimes all i ever wanna do is sleep or watch anime or just chill. So well ya, my bad, my laziness to update is back.

Anyway, it's already the 3rd week of block 2. And yes you must be guessing about all sorts of things from the title there.
Well i'l keep it simple.

I'm also taking 2 modules this block, just like the previous one.
One of them is Heaven (yes i mean very very heaven)
And the other is Hell (Yes to it's deepest depts)

First, lets start with the good stuff. Creative Story Telling, or CreaST in short, this module, according to my seniors, is Theeee most slackest subject EVA. How slack you may ask? Well, imagine starting class 3 weeks ago, and my first assignment submission date is today, yes i mean today. And what is my assignment? 3 story summaries 1 para each. So that makes 3 paragraphs, it's less then a page! and what i had 18 days to do it? (lol) Thats not the best part doods, the final assignment is a essay that is minimum 1.5 pages and max 5 pages long, and thats due at the end of week 4. Honestly speaking, i'm utterly surprised. I entered this module expecting slackiness, BUT NOT TO THIS LEVEL. I mean, i could complete the entire 1 month module's assignments in like what? 1 hour? LOL.

And all we ever do in class is watch movies and more movies, it's pretty darn slack, and pretty darn fun considering we got another awesome lecturer to take us for it.

Now then,
Lets go to HELL

ComDI, well, i don't wanna talk much about it, it's just sheer work and nothing else. Research, research, presentation, presentation, ect ect ect ect, it just drives you nuts, despite having a super slack super awesome CreaST module, i'm still feeling the pressure from this ComDI. Pity my VSC doods that took drawing and this last block.

And you know what? The worst is yet to come. See, our lecturer took a 3 day off leave during the first week, this puts us faaaaaaaar behind and i'm either gonna suffer ground level char coal hell floor next week or, it'l be dragged further into the next block.

But well, look on the bright side, i'm one of the lucky classes that had 2 modules for the first 2 blocks, which means, for the next 3 blocks, it's all 1 module str8.

K well, you guys probably have not a clue wth am i talking about, so il just cut the entry here.

Hate Hols

Well well~ it's been 2 weeks since i last updated my blog, really sorry for the delay, it'l be probably about time some of you may think i'm drowning in heeps of assignments, but well it's pretty much the opposite of that.
See i like bloging about interesting stuff i deal in life, not like those blogs where you see tons and tons of photographs about anything and everything from their meals to their stuff and ect, nope, not the kinda blog i write here.

So well, why you may ask? Why the delay?
It's simply really, i've had a 2 week holiday, which started juuust about when my previous post was up. You see, i don't really fancy long holiday breaks, coz i end up spending most of the time cooped up at home doing just about absolutely nothing. Of coz i can pre-occupy myself with animes, drawing, ect ect but lets face it shall we, being house bound is worst then a nightmare to any teenager like me.

And thats precisely why i'm delighted that school will be back just in 2 days!

Well of coz i can't say absolutely nothing happened in the entire 2 weeks, there were some events, and i shall talk abit more about them.

First of all,
The DOC Chalet. Well, i went for it with high hopes to meet some of my old empire buds, after all it's been sometime since i last saw them but well, i was somewhat rather dissapointed, only Kai, Marie, Van and Ansel from Davie turned up, the VSC bunch seemed to not got the msg about the chalet. May told me she hates this kinda noisy events O_o. So well, i felt somewhat awkward really, their lots of people with lots of stuff going on but i can't seem to be able to conjure up a good enough conversation with anyone, so well, i stucked with the old empire bach, although it seems abit like Van was gettinga long better with her pals. Well it wasn't a very well planned for outing so My ADM pals and GL Deph left early. We took a stroll around far east, chatted about stuff & looked at stuff. It was pleasent. We even wanted to check out the infamous "Red House" but well everyone chickened out in the end and headed home haha.
All in all it was alright, socialising is a good thing you know? =)

Next event was about a week after the DOC chalet.
A trip down to school for the DSC election votings. Well, it's good that i met lots of year 2s and 3s but still, only the ADM bunch other then me turned up. Even so i didn't felt very contented that day. I felt kinda....left out~ Simply coz of a major weakness i've got. I can't understand chinese. Okok sure i do understand words here and there, but never enough to join in a conversation. And it was like that for the whole trip. For once, i talked very very little. Came home feeling kinda wasted but at least i managed to get out of the house and escape the drilling.
All in all, not too good. Not being able to socialise is a bad thing you know? =(

Well That brings me to just 1 more thing to talk about.
Yesterday's Indiana Jones Movie.
I personally enjoyed it, it felt just like the old ones i use to watch whem im a midget, nail biting excitment chock full of mystery with a dash of goofy humour. Watched it with Param and Roger. We even had a chance to meet param's old pri school friend, his cool, he had the "designer look" and true enough he IS a design stud, though, in SP.

So well, that pretty much sum it all up.

After all, with a crazy school like TDS where something wild is always happenning, who wants holidays!?

Oh ya, my dad just watched this really drop dead awesome movie called "Sin City" I caught him watching the trailer when i got home and boy did it got me hooked instantly, it's cinematography is just soo, sooo, sooo STYLISH. Not to mention really badass. I borrowed the disk from him so yea im planning to watch it soon, here's the trailer, see if you can guess what i mean by stylish cinematography.

The Fall of Block 1 and CCN day.

REJOYCE!! IT'S OVER
BLOCK 1 IS OVER, AND IT'S 2 WEEKS OF HOLIDAYS! WOOOOO!!

Ok, so some of my yhss readers, you must be wondering what on earth must i been up to these few days not blogging and stuff. Well lemme put this str8.
My week had been crazy busy. Work work work and more work. I have hardly any time to sleep OR eat. Serious. I only had like.....3 proper meals from last mon-fri.
The work load here is massive. Way more then what you guys get in sec school, but for some unknown reason, i'd rather be doing this sorta stuff than 1+1 and science.

So well, what exacly have i been working on you must be wondering?
Mainly on my 3D fundimentals final assignment and what is it?
Well make a 3D sculpture that is erm...1mX1mX1m Nothing like anything you will ever get in sec school. It's pretty crazy with much staying back after school hours and working over time. Little sleep and little meals, it's pretty stressful~
But thank goodness it's all over now.

Oh well, you guys must also be wondering about "CCN day" that is in the title.
Well basicaly, CCN day is a fund raising day for students that arn't financialy stable. It's kinda like those stalls you guys set up in the canteen, only ALOT ALOT ALOT bigger, more like every class has 1 or more booths and spraded out all over the entire TP. My class's running a photo booth and we had to work on shifts as we had some presentation for the 3D, so well, this is the gang i was in:

It seems like i was able to mingle around some chaps, after all, theres this crazy otaku bunch from the other class. Yes, otaku as in go to cosplays dressed in robots and stuff, here they are~

Thats guy next to me is Jovi. his pretty well known round the freshies for being an otaku genius or something, and it's true. He makes guys like me look like we seen nothing~ Not to mention he cosplays almost everyday wearing simple accesories and stuff. He dressed as eh mecha at some event last year.

Well, why you may ask~
Why on earth are there soo many pictures in this post.
Well thats coz i recived feedback that my blog is well....too wordy. I know posting this many pictures is somewhat excessive but well, a big event just ended and i have tons of shots, so well, no harm posting slightly more this time round.

Oh yes, i was playing around with one of a shot of one of my friends on photoshop when i somehow managed to come out with this result:

By this point of time you probably think im out of stuff to share, but NOOOO i saved the best for last. Some of you will probably get shock by the next photo but well ugh~ I got saboed by my friends during CCN day and they sprayed my hair red. I thought my parents would kill me when i got home but well it was kinda like the opposite, mom was super excited, she grabbed my camera and started shooting me non-stop. Here's a shot:

First Modue Climax coming soon.

And yes, the final week of the first block is about to start.
Am i ready for it?
Well i hope so,

I feel pretty stable with Ideation, but for the 3D fundimentals, we'r supposed to come out with this 1m by 1m huge scupture with all the progress works and boards too.
So well to sum it up, i'm practically sitting for my art O'lvs all over again, the only difference is that all the 5 boards and final work and ect have to completed in 1 WEEK FLAT. So well, what do i have to say about all that??
BRING IT!!

Not to mention this friday we'r having CCN day, it's kinda like a carnival were we come up with all sorts of stuff to sell and hopefully earn a profit. The money will be donated to TO students that are lacking in financial help for their school fees.

Our class decided to come up with a photo taking service. No not your handy cam snap shot V sign rubish, we'r talking proper photography and editting and laminating services. Even "L" from death note will be there. ^.^

Initialy i wanted to borrow Ram's fuji for the job but i got a huge shocker from my dad yesterday. See on wednesday i was just telling him about how i use to loan cams from yhss to take part in competitions and events and stuff, but now being out of yhss and tons of assignments requiring good photography, i needed to get a decent cam to do the job as i can't keep borrowing from friends.
Then the very next night he came back with a CANON 450D REBEL XSI.
Spanking new, new as in both new out of the box and new type model. He was bragging about how fantastic the reveiw was. Some even said it's not really a entry level DSLR but half way between entry and Step ups (like the 40D) Most of the reveiws also mentioned it's god like image processing. Now it can't be that good can it??
IT IS! when i tried it for myself i was utterly shock.

You guys may think i'm a super spoilt child with my dad getting me everything in the world, well your damn wrong about that. I don't have alot of things, i have no PS2, no Ps3 no X-boxes, no gameboys and my psp is saved up and bought by my own. There's plenty more i don't have, like ipods and even MP3s(i use my phone as an mp3) But my dad is the kinda guy that sees the 'needs' from the 'wants'. If i want something for personal leasure, he may consider getting it, most of the time it's no and a waste of $ to him, however, If i NEED it namely for education purposes, he won't think twice on getting them. Premier pro, my Adobe courses, and this cam too, all plays a part in education. Just like how my sis got her mac and all those programs.

He calls it "investment" His sorta investing in our education so he expects results and repayment in somesort of way once we aqquired skill. Like how my sis is helping dada with his new logo and stuff. I' probably have to make him corprate videos in future too.

So well~ now that i have da stuff, time to rock'n'roll (/^.^)/

Kids~

Lets all face it shall we?
Kids will always be kids. Being in poly makes me feel how uncivilised they are, after being pulled out of a world of the infamous secandary school life and into poly.

Back in those days people find fault with one another, for what? for "protecting" their pals. And truely, what good does it do? Absolutely Nth.

There was once a big case not too long ago, one of my high school glam girls got into some mess with a junoir at her blog, and boy did the poor junoir faced heavy fire power. All it took was a little blog visit from the school's DM and glam girl deleted all the tags. Few days later, the DM created a blog for the sole purpose of getting raging youngsters aware of their stupidity. She titled the first post, 'Kids'

I too ended up in the losing side of such messes once.
It all happened when some guy voiced his opinions of some other glam girl's behaviour and they, yes they, they stick together in bunches....they got pissed and did some mumbo jumbo computor Geek hacking nonsense, and magically, the source was my old blog. I faced heavy fire back then, till of coz, they realised they made a huge mistake and it wasn't me who tagged. In a shameless struggle to apologise, they asked their friend's friend's friend that was a friend of mine to apologise on their behalf. What did i told them? Or rather what did i told the messenger. Well, these were my exact words:

"Tell those KIDS If they don't have the guts to face me in person, i ain taking no shyt apology"

True enough, they have no guts. I never heard from them and well those bunch belonged to the old bunch of prefects, can't tell which bunch or i may get into trouble. Anyway, after that carwordly escape, they din wanna come near me. Why? Coz i had an unstoppably plan which i could use to completely and single handedly overthrow the prefects at that time, my close friends knew me back then, i was dead serious and they knew my plan would work. Somehow, the prefects knew i had this plan too, but they din know how it works, so they kept their distance. Of coz i was constantly given the cold shoulder, but theres absolutely no way they dared lay a finger on me, coz well, it would only mean the end to what they wanted and longed for the most, their positions of prefect hood.

Now that the old bunch is gone, new kids move in, no, not the prefects, but new sec school studs, young, unexperienced, and of coz, completely clueless of the infamous yhss phsycho. Yes that phsycho, the one that reigned terror at his most at around 2004-2006. These new kids, are as you guessed, similar to their predeseccors~ childish, narrow minded, easily infureated over the smallest most insignificant matters.

Why you may ask? Why am i posting about this?? Well that is coz im expecting some childish behaviour being doodled all over this page sometime soon, it may not happen since this blog is new, but well~ as i said earlier, kids will always be kids.

I'l Just sit back and enjoy the show of their utter stupidity.
It's easy for them to hide their face behind the screen,
but well then allow me to post this question again.

Unicorn in TDS

At 1450hours yesterday, a Unicorn was sighted roaming around the campus is TDS. The sight surprised quite a number of TDS students and even an unexpecting lecturer, here is a footage caught by an onlooking civilian:


Ok ok, alright alright, enough with the news reporting rubish~ looks like the unicorn's identity is fully exposed now. Anyway, for the peeps from yhss, don't be dissapointed with my unimpressive stunt, i know you guys are used to seeing me do much more crazy stuff, and for those peeps at TDS. Ok, i understand, it's your first time seeing anyone like that, but don't have to act surprised or what coz YOU AIN SEEN NOTHING YET! hohoho~ One of my stunts include wearing a sparkly silver party cowboy hat with the McDocald's "special order im loving it" sticker and travelling all over singapore on a photography trip.

Anyway, lets move on to other stuff~
I shall talk abit about lecturers/teachers visiting student's blogs.
From the rumours i heard, apparently Moses does pay unexpecting visits to blogs of TDS's studs, and even quote phrases to use them during his meetings. Also from the rumours i heard, he once played a video on one of his student's sky-diving for the whole TDS to watch during one of the Genesis meetings.

My point? Nothing much concerning me really, just letting my TDS readers know that he's looking and try not to write anything bad about the school like per~say block teaching systerm? or maybe the work or ect~
Don't worry i have zero fear if his reading this right now, im used to having a particular teacher constantly paying me visits.....Ahem..NAZ..Ahem.
Naz used to be my form teacher back in sec school, and boy does he have free time to leave bombshells all over his student's pages, im not sure if he already found this new blog of mine(which i think he already did), but i think just as an experiment il try to pull off something one of my friends managed to. Here's the actual text lifted from one of his posts:

"ohh yes mr nazri! can you taggg my blogg? LOL. if you dont i shall post pictures of you here LOLOL. okay just kiddingggg. o wait maybe i should!" -Param

Param, i wonder where you picked up that twit style writting but it's a damm piece of shyt. Civilised gals don't use that, and furthermore, YOU ARE A GUY!

And guess what MrNazri, about the quoted phrase from param's blog, same thing applies to my blog, I've TONS of pictures of you at your worst including the dreaded "End Of The World" picture, i think tagging is the least you can and should do as appreciation for free entry to your stud's blog which im pretty sure they desperately want to keep you out of.

Now then, to my 3rd subject~~
=ASSIGNMENTS=
The very word can send waves of bone chilling shivers down your brittle spine. All i have to say is the work load is getting close to critical mass. I guess being in the dead middle of a modue, it's about time i feel some of those infamous "Poly Pressure"

But truely, it depands on your subject combination, some modues don't really have that much pressurising assignments and for those that have, you might only be having 1 modue on that block. Take drawing essentials for say~ My pals at Vcomm seemed to be having a mountail of work load to complete from it and thus have to balance the workload from their other modue. Me however, my drawing essentials is somewhere around the 3rd or 4th block and the good thing is, thats the only modue for that block. So well, depands on your luck really...

But currently, my luck seems to be pretty crumpled with all the work, my dad's even getting abit concerned over why do i get new assignments almost everyday, which is abit alarming coz his the type that pushes me to work alot himself hohoho.

Just to give you yhss peeps a glimps of how much work i have to do, my current assignments if about......ok, i have to complete 5 A3 size 3D paper sculptures by the beginning of next week and the assignments were just passed to me yesterday. Back in sec school, if i remembered correnty, the art electives were like 1 board a week, WELL NOT ANYMORE, IT'S 5 JUST UNDER A WEEK, BOOYAAAH!!! Thats probably the reason why i will be burning up my May day break to get a head start, which i'l probably be starting as soon as i'm done posting this.

My classes are from 9am-12pm and 3pm-6pm, my travel is roughly 1.5 hours one way, that means i waste 3 hours everyday on travel. Imagine how much work i can complete in those vital 3 hours? TONS! So well, to prove im a worthy stud, i'l jolly well have to produce work equal to those living around TP.

But don't be afraid of TP, you yhss peeps have to give it a shot, it's not that bad once you get to know more of it, infact im pretty sure i won't choose anything ealse, HAH.

Am Oh Aye

Well well, looks like poly is slightly more busy then i expected, but still nothing i can't handle.....YET.
We freshies are saved from the infamous terrors of "ADD DROP" well after all our 1 semester's module is completely planned out. The 2 subs im taking currently includes Ideation and 3dFundimentals.

Yep, if any of you junoirs are reading this i know it's completely out of the box. Not your everyday math, science...ect that you find in sec school. But well i have to say it's alot more interesting then what you guys get. My advice? you yhss guys godda try tp, the travel is really not as bad as you think.

It's abit hard to meet up with my oreantation dudes, but we still go out for meals every now and then.

Gee, whats wrong with me, i lost touch of my eccentric writing style, everything sounds soo robo...

Uh huh~ class, guess it's a topic i should touch on. Class T-O3 of moving images, the one thing i notice about these dudes is well.....they....i mean we, we eat lots and lots of JUNK FOOD. From ruffles to pocky, from KFC to the greasy delights at the Jupiter cafe, we just loooove junk food. And besides junk food, just about half the entire class watches japanese anime and reads manga. I've honestly not been in such a situation before, i mean, back in yhss, there was only like 3 or 4 people that knows a thing or 2 about anime, but now it's like the entire mob...Pretty much explains the reason why eveyrone wants to take up animation as their major sub in year 2 onwards. Me however, yes i enjoy watching anime and reading manga, but NO i'm not planning and i have completely zero intentions of taking up animation as my major subs, i still want to be a movie director (sry, no offense). Well the good thing about it is some of my classmates have plans on creating their very own home grown animation studio, which i hope could help me with my original manga title which im secretly plotting under the shadows, oh ya, if you ask me about it, the most you get will be contents of the first chapter, everything ealse remains top secret.

Class size is about 26. I feel alot better in a smaller class like this one, back in sec school days, everyone have their own mini group which they'l stick to for like forever. We have the "nerd group", the "badass group", the "emo group" the "pink girl group" and ect ect~ But not here in MOI, everyones A-OK.

Anyway, some of the coming week's highlights would be
-Wednesday's 9am-6pm class (H3LL YEAH!! Prepair to suffer)
-Outing with Roger and Ram to watch Iron Man on friday.

I initaily wanted to blog about my oreantation camp which was by the way hands down, flat out awesome, but it took too long and i got lost along the way, so well yeah~ i ditched that, besides you can find dozens of blogs with those infos. Yea, i know, their lots and lots of ladies, theres only 5 guys in my oreantation group btw and about 15 more girls these numbers excluding the GLs. Heard theres another team with only 1 guy......YOUR THE MAN!!

Ok, Now that i'm done with the brief intro, time to move on to day 1, i'l leave the oreantation up to your imagination, just don't think of anything dirty.

MUSHROOM, the term given to that round roofted shelter thingie just after the overhead bridge entrence. That was the meeting place of the day. Who planned it out? The GLs of coz, I'l have to thank them for this one coz it has nth to do with the camp.

Aaaanyway~ it was a long walk from shroom to the convention center. Made me realised the sheer titanic size of the other schools.
Next, GENESIS meeting commence, don't ask me why on earth is the meeting called genesis or the irony of why the director is called Moses, it's just the way it is and i find it rather cool.
There was a cool video on the camp, too bad i can't find it anywhere online, plus loads of other stuff at GEN, studs overseas, awards, and oh yea, the magic show hit the spot, it was utterly hilarious.

After Gen, the Co. and I went for lunch.....or well so i thought~ half of the bunch got broken up along the way and all was left was Val, Vanass, Shoon and I. Food was good, and we also found some random topics to chat about, after all their briefing is at 1pm, thats THEIR briefing. We chatting about eh~ lets see...
psps? dramas? anime? Short chit chat, but pleasent, by the time we'r done it's time for them to go fo rtheir briefing...then again, it's THEM.

I had to wait 2 more hours till it was my turn at 3. Geez~
The wait was both boring and painful, thankfully i had my handy file and a few pieces of blanks to doodle on. It wasn't untill late 2+pm where the MOI studs started to gather. The contents of the briefing was well~ expected, however the way they delivered the msg was not.

So well then whats my impression of the lecturers?
Funky, casual, but serious at work.

Boy am i gonna 3 crazy years ahead of me, Let the adventure BEGIN.

It's been 5 long months since the day of the last O'lv paper. Many things happend since. The results, the mad rush of course hunting, the jpsae interveiw, the going back to school, the outings, and the countless days of rotting at home.
Well all i can say is it's finaly the time for this snake to shed it's old skin, coz the day have finaly arrived for a brand new saga as i embark on a new adventure infamously known as......POLY LIFE.

Screw acads, screw math, screw science, screw all those stuff. It's different, poly is different, no more acad subjects no more brain breaking QI filled twisters. Theres only 1 thing on my mind now. To be.....Le~ Best.

Anyway, im having a serious sleeping problem. Incase you guys have no idea, i'm blogging this at 2am in the morning. Not a big deal really, i normaly stay up to 4 but the problem is that i have to be there at TP at 8am. And yea~ i live at lakeside. Travel will be about 2 hours so i will have to wake up at 5 and leave at 6. Something tells me i'm not gonna get an ounce of sleep tonight.

Well, it looks pretty much like i'm gonna get juiced up pretty badly over the next few days. Tuesday isn't the camp yet, but it's still a full day of activities and i'l prolly be to sleepy to blog about what happened. Expect my next entry to be on sat.

While i'm gone for a good amount of time, i'l just give some of you guys some stuff to indulge in that well i really enjoy. So it's a good way of knowing me better.

TOP GEAR
A very popular british show on automobiles. Not your everyday car show, it's utterly hilarious. Trust me on this one it's mad. Prob is...i don't have british TV, so well, what i did was go to youtube and watch just about every top gear clip i can find and believe me, it was a blast. All i can say is, in that show, the cool will look unbelievably awesome and the funny will blow your head to atlantis.

Of coz crazy is not the only thing top gear has. The crew does some really cool stuff like maxing out the top speed of the fastest car on earth and racing aircrafts. At this point you might be wondering,
Am i a car type of guy?
Answer, No.
I never was, but this show delivered it soo well i just had to take notice and boy do i know much about european cars now (im not a pro though, i just know some stuff)
That was the very video i told roger and ram to watch. Ram did and he went bananas after that, Roger has yet to see it, so i thought it would be nice if i posted it on my blog, after all, he does visit every now and then.

Trolley Trouble.

I'm sure many of you guys probably went shopping with your momzies and dadzies.
And i'm also sure some of you guys are made to push the trolley everytime you shop in a mart. In case some don't know what it is, a trolley is a shopping cart, this you insert a $1 coin to use.

Problem is. I hate pushing those carts through crowded marts.

See, my parents both have this problem of walking way too fast. If one of them stops to check out something (normaly my mom) the other won't know and go zoom all the way forward, leaving ME in the middle of both of them trying to keep the group together. Sometimes i feel like im babysitting them.

But when shopping in a super/hyper mart, it's a whole different story. Both the chaps have their own things to choose and they go off zoop~ in a flash leaving me lagging behind. I oftern have to chase after one of them and yes, through all the crowd. I'm sure some of you guys know how it feels, how annoying it is to maneuver a trolley when soo many people are going in all directions blocking your way, overtaking, turning and stuff. All i could see is the figure or my parents fading smaller and smaller through the sea of people. Sometimes all you every want to do is to run as fast as you can in a straight line, knocking over everything in your sight just to get to your destination. So well, that got me thinking, since i had some free time after i came home from that chaotic shopping trip, i deviced 3 ingenius designs for trolleys i would most enjoy running in a straight line with. Here's the 3 models.

CLANNAD Anime title Review

Right, i feel really lucky today. Had a neat hair cut and escaped both big pouring rain and bird poo bombardment. (Yes it went splat a meter infront of me at the train station)

Now back home, not too sleepy and yes some free time. I was initialy thinking of more practice for my drawing but nah~ I'l give today a break and instead, bring you another review. I'm not faking this, 2 dudes from TP came down personaly to hand me a letter while i was writing this post.

Anyway, back to the topic.
Today's Reveiw will be on CLANNAD
A relatively new title from Kyoto animation, yes the same people that brought you the infamous Haruhi.

Main characters are like your typical 1 guy surrounded by few girls. But trust me on this one, there is zero ecchi, absolutely none of those "KYAA!!!" stuff
The visuals were very VERY stunning. I personaly felt it was slightly better then "The Melancholy Of Suzumiya Haruhi"

The comedy is good, characters very well made and story even better directed. However, i felt that it fell short of the drama season Kanon2006 which i felt had a better story line. But it's without a doubt that clannad has the better characters.
Both shows had the same back ground music kinda feel.

It's a pretty well rounded show, but my only dissapointment was that it failed to conclude as well as some of the earlier arcs. The ending felt abit rush and had little depth compaired with it's eailer epps or Kanon2006.

Overall, i'l give this show a 8.2/10
Although i pointed out it's bad points, it's really not that bad and
I highly recomend this to anyone that can take abit of drama.
Very good animation, Very well directed, Very enjoyable.

Last Prep for my PSP

Yup, almost everything is complete for my psp, i went down to JE's cash coverters with Param on monday to check out some of the games there. And it seem the sellers probably know a thing or two about popular games. Coz the RPG ones are more costly, about 10 bucks more. There were ALOT of football and golf games, infact it took up about 70% of the collection they had. ALl sold at the same price which was 28 bucks. Whats more? I saw a classic title, Space Invaders...my jaw dropped to the ground like an anchor. WHY ON EARTH IS SPACE INVADER STILL A GAME FOR SUCH A HIGH TEC CONSOLE LIKE THE PSP??? Anyway, i got some racing game, it cost 28 too. But the only reason why i got it is so i could run ISOs on memory cards, not coz i like racing. Infact, when i check the net, that game was rated pretty badly. I started of playing Roger's Bleach, then i move on to Param's specialty, Ace Combat....And finaly, the one that i'm more specialised at, Final Fantasy Tactics. It's like chess, but way cooler. The interesting thing is that it's file size is LESS then 1/3 of any of the other games that roger suggested, and whats more? It's the best rated of the lot.
The openning animation wowed me, im serious, it's soo good i'm having doubts that it's only 200mb. So all i need to get now is a decent 4G card and I'm all set for the long poly travels.

Anyway, i poped by school today for IFCC, which yes, i ended up drawing more manga instead of doing IT stuff. Param was bored too, he was in a daze and before we knew it, he was sound asleep......while sitting upright. HAH! i took a photo without him known but well since i'm a nice guy i won't post it here...ahem...who wan come find me.

I also finaly managed to contact TP's design school. It took them long enough. For some unknown reason, it seems like their line is busy every single day...till today that is.

Btw i'm going for a hair cut tmr and probably some photography for friday's speech day. If i do have some free time, I'l post another anime reveiw tmr.

2 weeks and counting.

2 weeks left before the start of my big Poly Oreantation. Yes i know for most of you guys, it's only a week left. Blame it on the organisers at TP for being soo slow. I heard some chaps at SP started already. So basicaly, when i start my oreantation, you guys start school.

Lately my schedule seems to be loosing more and more activities. It seems like the only times i'm officialy NOT free is saturday coz of my manga class and sunday morning(church). Other then that, i'm completely wide open on every single weekday.
I'm running out of animes to watch so i, turning to manga now, but still not much luck on finding any interesting titles.

Speaking of which, i got back my manga test results yesterday, 38/50 woopie~! I can finaly advance to the intermediate level. Don't expect me to be posting any of my work though, i'm not gonna bother posting any till i reach at least the advance level. That is.....IF i make it.

Anyway, i started some preperations for my crazy poly travels. Initialy i wanted to get a few manga titles for the ridiculesly long train rides but then again....i can't be reading the same thing over and over daily for 3 years. So i got myself a PSP last friday. Custom upgraded and rammed, like most guys do, no frills no fancy stuff. Too bad all i have with me now is a 1G mem card. I don't even have a UMD to run any games. Good thing roger thought of a good idea to get a really affordable one at cash converters. Lets see if they sell memory cards too. haha. So you must be wondering, currently my psp is more or less useless right? No games no nothing??
WRONG. I found this great freeware converter on the net and compressed my entire TMSH season into 1G. It plays well and the quality ain't that bad either. Sounds perfect too.

Meanwhile......i'm still brainstorming on some crazy scenario that i could use for my upcoming manga series that hopefully i can start writing full scale in a year to come.

The Week so Far + Evangelion 1.0 Reveiw

Ok, My week, This week.
More or less a drag. It's been like this eversince the end of O lvs, me rotting away at home with absolutely NIL on my scedue. So basicaly, i just need to find a small insignificant reason to go out and i'm all dressed and ready.

Serious, I'm rotting like a stale cabbage left to endure the elements.
I can't really go out wif my buds as most of them have their hands full with something.

I went to catch a movie on monday, where as just rot through tues and wed.
Initially I wanted to drop by yhss for some involvement in CCAs but nah~ the flu-med i took that morning drove me into a senseless daze, all i could ever think about was sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep...... By the time i was finaly back to my 6 senses, it was already 5. So well, i made a quick trip down to 7/11 and the bakery to grab a few nick-nacks to munch on while i watched the "Elen de generous" show. Btw it airs daily at 5pm on channel 5.

Today, feeling alot more alive, i'm thinking of really going down to yhss for some CCA involvement again. I mean, i will do anything to get out of the house.

Most of you guys probably would'nt know it, but it's been in cinemas for some time now. But only Cathay is showing it. What is it exacly?? Well it's basicaly a re-make of the original series "Neon Genesis Evangelion"

So, what do i think of it?? Not bad, but not as fantastic as i'd imagine it to be.
After all, all the critics are giving it 5 stars and stuff. I mean yes it's pretty darn good, but it seems to lack something.

I also found it kinda repeative, Shinji Goes into battle, something happends to him, he comes back, he goes emo, he gets scolded, he goes back to battle again and the cycle repeats a few more times. Another thing i seem to take notice of the movie was, that watching it on the big screen makes it look kinda "Less HD" surprising? yes. Coz i'm use to watch it small size on my com which makes things alot more clear and crisp. Music is pretty decent, character design looks ok too.

The thing about this movie is that people that already watched the series seem to be pretty annoyed watching this as they claim the first half was like watching exacly the same thing. I took notice of that and that was why i purposely did not watch the series.


Overall, i would give it a 8/10
First timers to the series will probably enjoy this movie pretty much.

Ok, thats partly the reason.
Apperently, i stopped blogging due to the O lv's and well, I never touched the old blog ever since. So well, there goes my juniors and dudes yanking my leg to update my blog, but well, i just can't be bothered......till now.

Yep, It was not....duno how many months later that i finaly decided to give it an update, problem is....I was using an old e-mail account and i completely forgot it's password, HAH~!
